Houston, TX — April 22, 2024, Alexis Bolton-Cox and two others were injured in a car accident just before 4:00 p.m. along Butte Creek Road.
According to authorities, 28-year-old Alexis Bolton-Cox was traveling in a Ford Fusion exiting a private drive onto Butte Creek Road in the the vicinity south of the Roanwood Drive intersection when the accident took place.
Officials indicate that a northbound Chrysler occupied by a 20-year-old man and a 17-year-old woman which was allegedly involved in a police pursuit struck the Fusion on the left side. Bolton-Cox and the woman from the Chrysler suffered serious injuries as a result of the wreck. The man from the Chrysler sustained moderate injuries, as well. Those who necessitated it were transported to local medical facilities by EMS in order to receive necessary treatment. Additional detail pertaining to this incident are not available at this point in time. The investigation is currently ongoing.
