How Did This Accident Occur?
This crash seems relatively straight forward from we’re told at this point, but experience has taught me there is usually more to a crash that first impressions.
Initial reports indicate the Jeep crashed into a truck that was stopped before making a left turn, but we don’t know the truck’s trailer had working brake lights or turn indicators. Or if the Jeep had a problem with its brakes that prevented it from stopped before the collision.
A thorough investigation should take into account all possibilities, no matter how unlikely, to determine what really caused this crash.
