Amarillo, TX — July 1, 2023, Alexander Renshaw was injured following a motorcycle accident at around 2:21 p.m. along Hillside Road.
Officials said in preliminary statements that the incident took place in the area of Hillside Road and Chisholm Circle, which is just off the interstate.
According to current information, 20-year-old Alexander Renshaw was on a Harley-Davidson which it appears was going eastbound along Hillside. Approaching Shawnee Trail, it appears that a pickup failed to yield, entering the path of Renshaw’s motorcycle. This resulted in the vehicles colliding.
As a result of the collision, Renshaw sustained what were described as incapacitating injuries. It does not appear anyone in the other vehicle was hurt. Right now, it is unclear if anyone is being cited or charged. No further information can be confirmed at this time.
