Regardless of what happened here, my hope is that the victim being on a motorcycle doesn’t negatively impact the investigations. Frankly, a lot of people have a bias against motorcyclists. Even authorities might jump to conclusions if care isn’t taken to look at the facts. That’s why a lot of motorcyclists and families end up having independent investigators look things over. That way, they can be sure the evidence is allowed to speak for itself.
