Collin County, TX — January 4, 2023, ten students and a bus driver were injured after an accident around 4:24 p.m. at F.M. 2194 at C.R.1661 in Collin County.
Sources report a Farmersville ISD school bus had 48 children aboard and was slowing down to drop off a student when the bus was allegedly rear-ended by a Ford F-150. Officials say ten of the students and the bus driver were transported to medical centers with non-life-threatening injuries. They did not release if any of the other students suffered minor injuries.
Police said the Ford driver would receive a traffic ticket. Investigators have not released what factors led up to the accident.
