Bexar County, TX — July 6, 2024, Tony Fields, Rachel Fields, and four others were injured in a car accident shortly after 3:45 p.m. along Braun Road.
According to authorities, 43-year-old Tony Fields, 42-year-old Rachel Fields, a 15-year-old girl, and two boys ages eight and ten were traveling in an eastbound Honda Accord on Braun Road in the vicinity of the Serrento Hill intersection when the accident took place.
Officials indicate that, for as yet unknown reasons, a westbound Honda Accord occupied by a 20-year-old man failed to safely maintain its lane of travel. It reportedly veered left of center and entered the oncoming lanes of traffic. There, it was involved in a collision with the eastbound Honda.
All six people involved in the wreck incurred reportedly serious injuries. They were each transported to local medical facilities by EMS in order to receive necessary treatment. Additional details pertaining to this incident are not available at this point in time. The investigation is currently ongoing.
