How Did This Accident Occur?
If it’s true that there was another vehicle involved here, I have to wonder if authorities looked for any nearby cameras yet. These days, businesses and residences alike often have cameras around the building or on doorbells, sometimes with a view of the road. Even if they couldn’t see the crash itself, they may have caught a suspect vehicle before or after the accident. That can help authorities publish more information to the public, which is usually how they’re able to resolve hit-and-runs. Once someone has the information they need to connect the dots, it’s usually just a matter of time before there are finally consequences. Hopefully investigations into this crash are ongoing so the victim’s loved ones can ultimately see a resolution.
