According to officials, 48-year-old Terry Pittman was in a Ford Focus traveling westbound through the intersection. Due to factors not clear right now, the vehicle lost control. It left its lane, then crashed along the roadway.

It sometimes surprises people to hear how many calls I get about single-vehicle wrecks like this. Consider, though, that when a crash happens in a rural area, and the victim isn’t around to tell their side of the story, it’s reasonable for families to be concerned about what steps authorities are taking to get answers.
