Tarrant County, TX — July 17, 2024, Tamia Smith was injured following a rear-end car accident at approximately 4:30 p.m. along F.M. 1187, Rendon Bloodworth Road.
According to authorities, 28-year-old Tamia Smith was traveling in a westbound Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck on F.M. 1187 in the vicinity west of Bennett Lawson Road when the accident took place.
Traffic conditions in the area had reportedly slowed to a stop. Officials indicate that, for as yet unknown reasons, the pickup truck was rear-ended by a westbound Genesis. Smith suffered apparently serious injuries due to the wreck; she was transported to a local medical facility by EMS in order to receive necessary treatment. No other injuries have been reported.
