An investigation is underway into a car accident that left one person injured during the evening hours of October 2nd. According to official reports, Revis Khalili was travelling in a Toyota Tacoma on Ashford Oak Dr. in the north bound lanes, at the Westheimer Rd. intersection, when a white pickup truck failed to yield the right-of-way and struck Khalili when merging lanes.
As a result of the impact, Khalili’s vehicles sustained significant damage. When first responders arrived on the scene, they found that Khalili had sustained serious injuries, however Khalili decided to transport themselves to the hospital later that day. The pickup truck fled the scene without stopping to render aid. At this time there has been no further information released about the accident, including the status of Khalili’s injuries and whether any charges or citations have been filed.
