San Angelo, TX — February 15, 2025, one person was injured as the result of a car versus pedestrian hit-and-run accident at 10:49 p.m. on US 67.
According to initial details about the accident, it happened near the intersection of US 67 and Bryant Boulevard.

Authorities say that a 62-year-old woman was on foot at the time in the area of US 67/7th Street. While on foot, it’s said that a westbound vehicle failed to control speed and hit the woman. That vehicle then reportedly fled the scene of the accident.
The woman was taken from the scene with serious injuries. No further information about the crash is available right now.

It’s not clear right now if authorities made progress behind the scenes here. Hopefully they did, but it’s not too late if they haven’t. The more information about this incident that’s made public, the better the chances of finding the suspect runaway driver. Those affected by an accident like this deserve to see some accountability, and the community no doubt would like to know a potentially dangerous driver is going to answer for their actions.
