Harris County, TX — June 23, 2024, a pedestrian sustained injuries as the result of a hit-and-run accident at around 1:25 a.m. along U.S. Highway 90.
According to initial details about the accident, it happened in the area of Sheldon Road along southwest lanes of the highway.
Investigators said that a 20-year-old man was on foot at the time along the highway. While there, a Ford F-150 going along U.S. 90 struck the man. The vehicle then left the scene. The pedestrian sustained serious injuries as a result of the accident.
Right now, no description for the vehicle is available. It’s unclear if authorities have since progressed the investigations.

If authorities never located the driver involved here, it might be helpful for them to put more information out in the public. Often, someone is able to come forward with new information that can lead authorities to an arrest. It’s important that authorities use every tool at their disposal to ensure there is accountability for someone leaving the scene of the accident.
