San Antonio, TX — February 27, 2026, a pedestrian was killed in an evening car accident on State Highway 211/Texas Research Parkway.
Authorities said a man was walking across the road near Lambda Drive when he was clipped by the side mirror of a passing vehicle, then run over by another vehicle.
The pedestrian, a 61-year-old man, died from injuries suffered in the crash, according to authorities. His name has not been made public yet.
The drivers involved in the crash remained on the scene to talk to investigators, authorities said.
