Frankly, I see a lot of reports like this one almost every day where there is almost no clear information about what happened. And I don’t mean just in the news. Even authorities can miss important details if their department doesn’t prioritize accident reconstruction. Hopefully the residents of El Paso have found the authorities in their area thorough and effective at getting them the answers they need.
