Accident Report
Fort Worth, TX — January 28, 2026, Mina Shahata was injured in a single-vehicle accident at about 11 p.m. in the 9800 block of Trinity Boulevard.
A preliminary accident report indicates that a 2004 Honda Accord was heading west when it lost control or skidded on the slushy road and crashed into a tree.
Driver Mina Shahata, 39, was seriously injured in the crash, according to the report.
Authorities have not released any additional information about the Tarrant County crash at this time.
