Groves, TX — November 3, 2024, Marqus Zapata was injured following a motorcycle accident that occurred at around 1:18 A.M. on Wilson Avenue.
Authorities are investigating a motorcycle accident that occurred during the early morning hours of November 3rd that left one person seriously injured. According to reports from officials, Marqus Zapata was travelling in the southbound lanes of WiIson Ave. near Taft Ave. For unknown reasons, the motorcycle lost control and veered off the road, ejecting Zapata in the process, causing him to land in a ditch.
When first responders arrived on the scene they found that Zapata had sustained serious bodily injuries, and transported him to the hospital for treatment. At this time the accident remains under investigation, and the status of Zapata’s injuries remains unknown.
