January 28, 2026, Mario Martinez was injured as the result of a car accident at around 11:15 p.m. along US Highway 83.
Preliminary information about the accident says that it happened near the intersection of Zapata Highway and Lomas Del Sur Boulevard.
Authorities said that 38-year-old Mario Martinez was in a Ford Fusion going southbound on the highway. In events not confirmed, the Ford and at least four other southbound vehicles ended up crashing. Due to this, Mario Martinez reportedly had serious injuries.
