Clark County, IL — June 11, 2023, Ken Kahre was fatally injured due to a semi-truck accident at around 11:30 p.m. along Angling Road.
Officials with the Illinois State Police said that the crash happened in the area of Angling Road and Harley Road.
According to officials, 26-year-old Ken Kahre was in a tractor-trailer that was carrying turkeys through the Angling and Harley intersection. As the tractor-trailer was attempting to round a curve at the crossing, it somehow ended up overturning off the side of the road.
As a result of the truck overturning, Kahre ended up succumbing to fatal injuries. Right now, there are no other reported individuals or vehicles involved in the fatal wreck. The exact factors leading up to the crash have not been confirmed as state officials continue their investigations. No further information is available at this time.
