Sioux Center, IA — September 2, 2024, Kellie Bork was injured following a truck accident that reportedly occurred along Garfield Avenue.
According to authorities, 55-year-old Kellie Bork was traveling in a northbound 18-wheeler hauling a tanker trailer on Garfield Avenue in the vicinity a few miles north of Sioux Center when the accident took place.
As the truck attempted to pass a Chevrolet Silverado in front of it, the pickup truck apparently moved to pass another motor vehicle at the same time. In an attempt to avoid a collision, the truck reportedly veered to the side, leading to a loss of control. It reportedly left the roadway and entered a ditch on the west side of the road before coming to a stop.
Bork suffered injuries of unknown severity, according to reports, and was transported to a local medical facility by emergency medical services in order to receive necessary treatment.
