An investigation is underway into a car accident that left one person dead during the early morning hours of December 17th. According to official reports, Keewyn Reece was traveling in the westbound lanes of Kirby Drive when for unknown reasons the vehicle struck a curb which caused the vehicle to lose control and strike several trees.
When first responders arrived they found that the driver had sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased at the the scene. At this time it remains unclear what caused the vehicle to strike the curb, along with the events leading up to the crash.
