Investigators have not determined what caused the accident but have confirmed that one person was killed in the accident, and at least three others were injured. 80-year-old John Lesher, who was a passenger in the vehicle, sustained fatal injuries in the crash. Three other vehicle occupants were transported to a hospital for medical treatment.
