How Did This Accident Occur?

Police seemingly have come to some conclusion about how this crash occurred by giving the truck driver a ticket for failing to yield, but that doesn’t mean this accident doesn’t warrant a full investigation.

Initial impressions are the scene of a crash aren’t the same as the conclusions reached after a thorough look at physical evidence, data from both vehicles and any available surveillance footage.

That way, we’ll know if an issue with the truck’s brakes or steering mechanism may have contributed to the crash, or it was caused by a misjudgment by the driver.
