Fayette County, TX — March 15, 2024, Jasmine Chambers and two other people were injured in a car accident along Interstate Highway 10.
According to authorities, 35-year-old Jasmine Chambers and a 50-year-old man were traveling in an eastbound Kia Sportage on I.H. 20 in the vicinity west of Knezek Road when the accident took place.

Officials indicate that, for as yet unknown reasons, the Sportage was rear-ended by a Hyundai Santa Fe occupied by two women ages 65 and 88. Both vehicles came to a stop in the grassy median on the north side of the roadway facing east.
Chambers and the 88-year-old woman from the Santa Fe incurred suspected severe injuries as a result of the wreck. The 65-year-old also suffered moderate injuries, according to reports. They were each transported to local medical facilities by emergency medical services in order to receive necessary treatment. No other injuries have been reported.
