Houston, TX — April 20, 2024, Janae Crystal Thomas was injured in a car accident at approximately 1:15 p.m. along Post Oak Road.
According to authorities, 23-year-old Janae Thomas was traveling in a southbound Honda Accord on Post Oak Road in the vicinity north of the Awty School Lane intersection when the accident took place.
Officials indicate that, for reasons yet to be determined, a southbound Mercedes-Bens SUV failed to properly control its speed. This resulted in a collision between the front-end of the SUV and the rear-end of the Accord.
Thomas suffered reportedly severe injuries as a result of the wreck. She was transported to a local medical facility by emergency medical services in order to receive necessary treatment. No other injuries have been reported.
