Harris County, TX — May 17, 2024, James Davis was injured following a car accident shortly before 9:00 a.m. along Sam Houston Parkway.
According to authorities, 33-year-old James Davis was traveling in a northbound Chrysler on the Sam Houston Tollway North in the vicinity north of Tanner Road when the accident took place.
Officials indicate that, for reasons yet to be confirmed, the Chrysler came to a sudden stop. A Ford Explorer that had been traveling behind the Chrysler made an allegedly faulty evasive action as it attempted to avoid a collision with the halted vehicle, but a collision still occurred.
Davis suffered reportedly severe injuries as a result of the wreck; he was transported to a local medical facility by EMS in order to receive necessary treatment. No other injuries have been reported. Additional details pertaining to this incident are not available at this point in time. The investigation is currently ongoing.
