San Antonio, TX — June 23, 2022, Gabriel Infante was killed as the result of an accident on the job which happened at a work site off Fork Creek.
Investigators with OSHA say that the incident happened just before 5:30 p.m. in a residential area along Fork Creek between Clover Creek and Rainbow Creek. Their statements say the company involved was Bcomm Constructors, LLC.
24-year-old Gabriel Infante was apparently doing work out in the open sun when, according to investigators, he began acting erratically and “combative”. Eventually, it’s said that he passed out and became unresponsive. He later died at a hospital due to what was deemed a heat stroke.
At this time, OSHA records show there was a recommendation for a fine of just over $13,000. Additional details are unavailable.
