Pittsburgh, PA — November 29, 2023, Emily Watson was killed in a pedestrian bus accident just before 9:30 a.m. along Sutherland Drive.
Authorities report that the accident took place at Sutherland Drive and Terrace Street in the vicinity of the Petersen Events Center.
For as yet unknown reasons, a shuttle bus struck 29-year-old Emily Watson. She had CPR administered to her by bystanders until first responders could arrive on scene. EMS transported her to a local hospital for immediate treatment; she was reportedly in critical condition. She succumbed to the injuries incurred during the incident, having been declared deceased at the hospital.
