A commercial truck accident is complex enough when there’s just one truck involved. Two is only going to raise additional challenges. One that’s often overlooked is how the companies involved will fight tooth and nail over who’s to blame. Meanwhile, the truck drivers hurt in the crash tend to get lost in all the noise. That’s why many have to rely on independent investigators to gather the facts and cut through the noise so they can tell their side of the story. Hopefully those steps are taken here.
