Glen Flora, TX — October 4, 2024, Darius Garrick was injured following a motorcycle that occurred at around 8:44 P.M. on F.M. 102.
An investigation is underway into a car accident that left one person injured during the evening hours of October 4th. According to official reports, Darius Garrick was travelling on a Suzuki motorcycle on F.M. 102 in the southbound lanes, at the County Road 247 intersection, when a Nissan Sentra coming from the west on 247 failed to yield the right-of-way and struck Garrick.
As a result of the impact, both vehicles sustained significant damage and Garrick was ejected from the Suzuki. When first responders arrived on the scene, they found that Garrick had sustained serious injuries and transported him to the hospital. At this time there has been no further information released about the accident, including the status of Garrick’s injuries and whether any charges or citations will be filed.
