Travis County, TX — June 23, 2023, a child and an adult were killed following a motorcycle accident at around 10:01 p.m. along Delta Post Road.
Investigators with the Austin-Travis County EMS department said that the incident happened in eastern Travis County along the 5500 block of Delta Post Road, which is in the Hornsby Bend area north of Webberville Road.
Right now, there are few details available about the deadly crash. Officials at this time say only that the incident involved a motorcycle as well as an adult and a child. It’s unclear if there was another vehicle involved in the collision, and authorities have not given an official cause for the crash.
As a result of the accident, the child involved died at the scene as did the adult. Neither victim has been publicly identified at this time. No other injuries were confirmed. Currently, no further information is available.
