Pecos County, TX — October 27, 2024, five people were injured in a car accident at about 4:30 p.m. at the intersection of State Highway 18 and F.M. 1450.
Authorities said a 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 ran a stop sign on F.M. 1450 and crashed into a 2013 Ford F-150 that had been heading south on S.H. 18.
The pickup driver, a 42-year-old woman, and an 11-year-old boy in the truck suffered suspected serious injuries in the crash, according to authorities. Another passenger was not injured.
All three women in the Ford suffered minor injuries, according to authorities.
Authorities have not released any additional information about the Pecos County crash.
