Accident Report

May 23, 2025, three people were injured following a car accident that happened at 10:10 p.m. along I-35E at Hebron Parkway.

Initial details about the accident say that it happened along northbound lanes of I-35E. It appears three vehicles were going northbound when they crossed paths and collided. Due to this, a 32-year-old man on a Kawasaki motorcycle sustained serious injuries. A 47-year-old man driving a Suzuki motorcycle and a passenger in a Mercedes-Benz reportedly had non-incapacitating injuries.

Right now, further details remain unconfirmed.

How Did This Accident Occur?

A multi-vehicle crash like this is often set off after one of the drivers makes a mistake. Maybe that’s what happened here, or maybe something highly unusual, like a vehicle defect, set things into motion. My hope is simply that investigators are fair and don’t jump to conclusions.

Unfortunately, motorcycles tend to bring out a lot of negative biases, and authorities sometimes let that affect their investigations. I’ve actually had cases where authorities made the wrong conclusion, and the mistakes only came to light thanks to our independent investigations.

Maybe this crash has been in more careful hands, but that remains to be seen.
