How Did This Accident Occur?

Too often, I see people jump to conclusions about motorcycle accidents, assuming the motorcyclist must have done something wrong. I’d obviously never deny that happens, but it’s up to the evidence to say how this all occurred. Besides, I’ve had too many cases where the public and even authorities blamed a motorcyclist only for our more thorough investigations to show the rider did nothing wrong. It’s possible the same could happen here once all the details surrounding the crash are clear. It’s important folks keep an open mind and understand that the number of wheels a driver is on doesn’t determine what kind of driver they are.

If anyone disagrees with that, they’re welcome to explain why in the comments.
