Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
One of my concerns with motorcycle wrecks is they’re often mishandled due to bias. A lot of people are quick to assume that motorcyclists are reckless, and even authorities sometimes move on too quickly without really letting the evidence speak for itself. That’s why victims and families often feel that they’d be more comfortable having a second set of eyes looking things over to ensure that the evidence is able to speak for itself. Whether or not that would reveal new details here remains to be seen.
