Fort Worth, TX — October 15, 2025, a bicyclist was injured due to a reported hit-and-run accident at around 1:30 a.m. outside IM Terrell Academy.
Investigators said that the incident happened along IM Terrell Way Circle, just off Highway 287.
It appears that a 52-year-old man was on a bicycle at the time along IM Terrell Way. While traveling, authorities said that an SUV struck the cyclist, then fled the scene. The cyclist was seriously injured in the collision.

It’s unclear if authorities learned any new information about the runaway driver here. If they’re still looking, it might help to put out more information to the public. A lot of the time when a driver flees the scene, it’s someone from the community who helps bring them to justice. That can’t happen if authorities don’t prioritize getting information out in the public eye. The sooner that happens, the better the chances of getting a resolution here.
