Exact factors remain unconfirmed right now, though people may have been quick to write off this incident. The highway obviously isn’t a safe place for any pedestrian, but that doesn’t mean there isn’t more to this story.

For example, I handled a case a while back where we found a man who had been hit and killed on the freeway was illegally over-served by an alcohol provider. He was out with friends for the night, and the establishment broke the law by continuing to serve him despite the danger his intoxication was to himself. While he responsibly chose not to drive, the intoxication led to him becoming disoriented, and he accidentally entered the path of traffic.

What some probably just ignored as someone being in the wrong place turned out to be a local alcohol provider responsible for contributing a fatal accident. I’m not saying that happened here. It’s just one possibility. The point is that there should be clear evidence telling the story so the victim’s loved ones at least know they aren’t missing anything.
