Bars Investigated by the TABC

Lawyer Who Sues The Tipsy Tavern

The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission Has Investigated The Tipsy Tavern 11 Times since 2015.

The Tipsy Tavern is a popular bar in Harlingen, TX that has been a longtime spot for sports fans and people stopping by to grab a bite to eat. With that being said, it has had its run-ins with the TABC. Several times, law enforcement agencies have had to step in and report allegations of improper alcohol service due to fights breaking out and minors being served alcohol.

Simply because a Tipsy Tavern location was investigated, it does not mean that they are a location that displays a pattern of violating TABC code. Conversely, if a location has been investigated and investigators determine that they are not in violation of TABC code, that does not mean that the alleged violation did not take place. At times, sufficient evidence required to prove that either criminal or administrative violations occurred is hard to come by. We are simply reporting the locations that were put on the TABC's radar for one reason or another by concerned citizens and law enforcement agencies.
