Fuzzy’s Taco Shop Locations That Have Been Investigated by the TABC

Interested in Pursuing A Dram Shop Case Against Fuzzy's Taco Shop? There Are A Few Things You Should Know

My firm has sued more licensed alcohol providers than any other firm in Texas, so I have more knowledge than most people about just how extensive the problem of over-service is. But if the public isn't informed about the real prevalence of this potentially deadly practice, they can't take appropriate action to stop it. To help rectify this problem, I sometimes take a look through the TABC's records of complaints and publicize my findings here. If you believe you may have a Dram Shop claim, please give me a call at (855) 326-0000.

Fuzzy's Taco Shop has been a Fort Worth staple for more than 15 years. However, while the chain has met with great success, expanding to over 100 locations throughout the United States, that growth has also brought its share of improper alcohol service allegations, with various locations being investigated by the TABC almost 20 times over the past two years.

Note that a Fuzzy's Taco Shop location having been investigated, does not necessarily mean that they are a location that displays a pattern of violating TABC code. Conversely, if a location has been investigated and investigators determine that they are not in violation of TABC code, that does not mean that the alleged violation did not take place. At times, sufficient evidence required to prove that either criminal or administrative violations occurred is hard to come by. We are simply reporting the locations that were put on the TABC's radar for one reason or another by concerned citizens and law enforcement agencies.
