How to Get Your El Paso Police Accident Report

El Paso Police Accident Report

Police accident reports serve a vital role in proving negligence in a car accident. They offer neutral investigative findings by the law enforcement officials who responded to the accident.

Therefore, they serve as crucial documentation for your El Paso car accident lawyer to represent you successfully.

The process for getting your El Paso police accident report will depend on which law enforcement agency responded to the car crash: the El Paso Police Department or the Texas Highway Patrol.

How Do You Get a Copy of Your El Paso Police Accident Report?

You can get a copy of your accident report from the El Paso Police Department online, by mail, or in person.
