Accident Report
Naples, TX — May 17, 2026, one person was injured in a multi-vehicle accident at about 5 a.m. on State Highway 77.
A preliminary accident report indicates that a 2007 Chevrolet Silverado was heading west when it crashed into a a 2009 Chevrolet Silverado that was stopped in a traffic lane near the city limits. It was also struck from behind by a 1999 Toyota Tacoma.
The Chevrolet driver, a 33-year-old woman, was seriously injured in the crash, according to the report. Her name has not been made public yet.
The Toyota driver, a 67-year-old man, suffered minor injuries, the report states, while the other Chevrolet driver, who outside the pickup, was listed as possibly injured.
Authorities have not released any additional information about the Morris County crash at this time.
