Accident Report
Harris County, TX — April 10, 2026, Daveun McCant was injured in a car accident just after 9 p.m. in the 21700 block of Holzwarth Road.
A preliminary accident report indicates that a northbound 2015 Ford Econoline changed lanes and collided with a 2020 Nissan Maxima, forcing the other vehicle to crash into a fence.
A passenger in the Nissan, 33-year-old Katy resident Daveun McCant, was seriously injured in the crash near Spring, according to the report. The other two men in the car suffered minor injuries.
The Ford driver, who was not hurt, was cited for changing lanes when it was unsafe, the report states.
Authorities have not released any additional information about the Harris County crash at this time.
