Midland, TX — March 9, 2025, one person was injured following a house fire accident that happened at 1:48 a.m. off County Road 1220.
According to initial details about the accident, it happened along the 100 block of C.R. 1220, just south of I-20.
Midland Fire Department officials say that they were able to assist two people who were affected by the fire. One person was taken to a hospital following rescue efforts. Their condition was not specified.
The home was completely burned, reports said. The cause of the accident has not been confirmed at this time.

While cooking incidents and open flames can happen, for example, so can things like defective appliances, faulty wiring, natural fires, gas leaks, botched repair work or installations.
