Alamo Heights, TX — May 6, 2024, a woman was injured in a pedestrian versus hit-and-run car accident at approximately 2:30 a.m. along Austin Highway.
According to authorities, a woman was on foot attempting to cross Austin Highway at the Mount Calvary Drive intersection when the accident took place.

The cause of the accident remains unclear. Officials indicate that, for as yet unknown reasons, the woman was struck by a silver motor vehicle. The vehicle allegedly fled the scene, the person(s) inside failing to stop and render aid of any sort to the victim.
