Harris County, TX — December 13, 2023, Xavier Ortiz was killed in a car accident sometime before 8 p.m. along Spring Cypress Road.
According to reports, one vehicle rear-ended another on Spring Cypress Road in the vicinity west of TC Jester Boulevard.
After the initial incident, two people—one of which was Ortiz—exited the vehicles and allegedly instigated an altercation which started out verbal but escalated to physical. During the altercation, Ortiz was thrown to the ground and struck by another vehicle as a result. He was declared deceased at the scene due to injuries incurred during the accident. There were no other injuries reported.
