Refugio County, TX — September 5, 2023, Justin Curry was killed in a single-vehicle truck accident around 12:22 p.m. on F.M. 774 in Refugio County.
Authorities report that the victim’s Freightliner was westbound on F.M. 774 when his truck somehow lost control, first veering toward its passenger side, then veering toward the driver’s side, and overturned. The truck reportedly came to rest upside down, perpendicular to the road.
Justin Curry sustained fatal injuries in the accident.
