Hays County, TX — July 7, 2023, Paul Anthony Hernandez was killed following a motorcycle accident at around 1:20 a.m. along Interstate 35.
Preliminary information about the crash from authorities indicates that it happened along the northbound lanes of the interstate near the Center Street overpass in the area of the Kyle Correctional Facility.
According to investigators, 25-year-old Paul Anthony Hernandez was on a motorcycle going northbound on the interstate. Due to a series of events not entirely clear, the motorcycle and another northbound vehicle collided. This caused Hernandez to be thrown from the bike, following which another vehicle struck Hernandez.
As a result of the accident, Hernandez sustained fatal injuries. There did not appear to be any other injuries resulting from the crash. No further information about the accident is available at this time.
