Beaumont, TX — August 2, 2024, Elijah Ozuna was killed and two others were injured in a car accident at approximately 5:00 p.m. along I.H. 10.
According to authorities, 35-year-old Elijah Ozuna and two other people were traveling in a westbound Chevrolet Malibu on Interstate Highway 10 in the vicinity of College Street when the accident took place.
The cause of the accident remains unclear. Officials indicate that, for reasons yet to be confirmed, the Malibu was involved in a collision with another vehicle before also crashing into an 18-wheeler. Reports state that Ozuna did not survive the wreck. The two people who had been passengers in the Malibu suffered injuries of unknown severity, according to reports; they were transported to a local medical facility by EMS in order to receive necessary treatment.
