Bee County, TX — March 13, 2024, Doris Price was injured in a car accident shortly before 5:15 p.m. along North Adams Street.
According to authorities, 72-year-old Doris Price was traveling in a southbound Kia Optima along North Adams Street at the East Huntington intersection when the accident occurred.

Officials indicate that, for as yet unknown reasons, a westbound Nissan Rogue on Huntington failed to yield the right of way at a stop sign, entering the intersection at an apparently unsafe time. This resulted in a collision between the front-left side of the Kia and the front-end of the Nissan. The collision caused both vehicles to veer off of the southwest corner of the intersection. The Kia reportedly struck a stop sign before coming to a stop.
Price was reportedly seriously hurt as a result of the wreck. She was transported to a local medical facility by emergency medical services in order to receive necessary treatment. No other injuries have been reported.
