How Did This Accident Occur?

When people see a vehicle go into oncoming lanes and crash with another vehicle, the assumption is generally that the driver must have done something wrong. However, there’s no telling if something unusual or unavoidable came up. A tire blowout, a medical emergency, something in the road, vehicle defects—likely or not, these are possibilities that need consideration. Otherwise, important evidence could slip through the cracks.
