Marshall, TX — September 30, 2023, two people sustained injuries as the result of a car versus four-wheeler accident at 10:00 p.m. along Karnack Highway.
Officials said in preliminary statements that the incident occurred in the area of the Karnack Highway and Larry Drive intersection.
According to investigations, a sedan and a four-wheeler somehow crossed paths along Karnack Highway, resulting in a collision. Following the initial crash, the car then went into oncoming lanes and crashed with a second car.
Authorities say that the driver of the first car and the person on the four-wheeler were taken to a hospital with apparently serious injuries. There did not appear to be anyone else transported for medical treatment. Right now, contributing factors surrounding the crash remain unclear.
